I want to begin this post by saying that no matter the exam's outcome, you are still a great engineer. I have been stressing over this exam for years leading to the actual exam (and a lot more in the months and weeks before), but the reality is that no matter the outcome, I will still work as an engineer. I know many people who have not passed their first try and are still great engineers. Don't stress about it. I plan to release a few more podcast episodes about this topic in the future, but this one is just a broad overview of my experience preparing for and taking the PE exam. It was not an easy exam, but if you prepare correctly, you will set yourself up for success. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about the exam. What you will learn in this episode * What I did to study for the PE exam * Advice on what to do before the exam * Preparation for the day before the exam * Tips on taking the exam Resources Civil Engineering Reference Manual [http://www.luisfelipeduque.com/CERM] Structural Engineering Reference Manual [http://www.luisfelipeduque.com/SERM] PPI Courses for the PE exam [http://www.luisfelipeduque.com/PECourses] PE Structural Notes [https://www.luisfelipeduque.com/resources-sign-up] --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/engourfuture/message
