I have been reading more and more to learn better ways I can develop new routines. One book that really helped me is Atomic Habits by James Clear [https://amzn.to/2XODTRC]. I have found that there are three principles that can really help develop and maintain those routines. In this episode I talk about small habits, habit stacking, and the two day rule by Matt D'Avella [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfLHTLQZ5nc&t=8s]. I am by no means an expert, but I have spend many hours learning and practicing ways to be more effective at developing these routines. I hope you enjoy this episode and let me know what routines are you trying to maintain this year.
