As a 2013 graduate from Texas A&M University, Fernando has had an opportunity to work on schools, various commercial sites, apartment complexes, and residential master-planned communities. Fernando is also a career coach and host of the Dealing with Life Stuff Podcast. Through his community impact involvement, he currently serves as the SHPE DFW Chapter President, sits on TREC Young Gun Committee, ASCE National Committee of Pre-College outreach, and serves on the Advisory board at a local high school. Fernando was part of the 2017 Coors Light Lideres, 2018 ASCE's New Faces of Civil Engineering, and featured in the 2018 Class of Dallas Weekly's Millennials to Watch.
